Applications
An application for unfair dismissal, general protections or unlawful termination may be electronically lodged at this site by attaching a completed application form and the payment of a $62.40 application fee by credit card on our secure payments page.
The lodgement fee may be waived on the grounds that its payment would cause serious hardship.

General protections or unlawful termination
(You cannot make an application for unlawful termination if you are eligible to make an application for General Protections)
A person cannot make a general protections dismissal application at the same time as an unfair dismissal application.

- To make a General Protections application use Form F8
- To make an unlawful termination application use Form F9
- To seek a waiver use the Application for waiver of application fee.
