Unfair Dismissal applications
An unfair or unlawful dismissal application may be electronically lodged at this site by attaching a completed application form and
the payment of a $60.60 application fee by credit card on our secure payments page.
The lodgment fee may be waived on the grounds that its payment would cause serious hardship.
